The Niseko Supply Company ("TNSC") is a creperie/bakery attached to a store. Its very convenient location in the middle of Hirafu Village makes it an ideal location for lunch. We popped by twice this week and tried 2 galettes and 2 crepes.

| Crepe with banana, roasted almonds and topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. I prefer crepe to galette, so I think this is very delicious. |

If you are ever in Hirafu in between skiing, we totally recommend this place for a simple but relaxing lunch or dessert if you have a sweet tooth.
